At GoSportitude, we’re committed to delivering your order in excellent condition, as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle delivery timelines, charges, and logistics.

1. Delivery Locations

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery is completed within 6–8 business days depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, strikes, or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping within Karnataka for all orders.

  • 🚚 For delivery outside Karnataka, standard shipping charges apply and will be calculated at checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option across most serviceable pin codes.

  • A small COD fee may be applicable and will be visible at checkout (if applicable).

5. Shipping During Promotions or Discounts

During high-volume periods (like sales or new launches), processing and delivery times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during such times.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email or mobile number. You can track your shipment status anytime through the provided link.

7. Undelivered, Lost, or Cancelled Orders

  • If your order is cancelled before shipping, or is undeliverable due to service issues, we will refund the full order amount, including any shipping charges paid.

  • In the event of lost or misplaced shipments, we will work with our courier partners to either re-ship the product or initiate a refund, as per availability and your preference.

8. Return-Related Shipping Charges

  • If you return a product (eligible as per our Return Policy), shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is free for customers if the item is defective or exchanged for size.

  • If the return reason does not comply with our policy or is found in violation of fair usage (such as repeated returns), we reserve the right to apply a return delivery fee.
