Return & Exchange Policy

We’re committed to ensuring you love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to fix it.

Return Eligibility

You can return your product within 7 days of delivery if:

  • It has a manufacturing defect or damage.

  • It’s unused, unwashed, and returned with all tags and original packaging.

Note: Returns are only accepted for defective items. We do not accept returns for incorrect size or change of mind.

Exchange Policy

If you ordered the wrong size, no worries!

  • We offer size exchanges within 7 days.

  • Product must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Only one free exchange per order is allowed.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Email us at 📧 support@gosportitude.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return/exchange

    • Images of the defect (if applicable)

  2. We will approve and arrange a free reverse pickup.

  3. Once received & inspected:

    • Exchanges will be shipped out.

    • Refunds will be processed (only for defective items).

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on exchanges and approved defective returns.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable on customer-initiated returns.

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Worn, washed, or damaged products (not due to manufacturing).

  • Items returned without original packaging/tags/invoice.

  • Products misused or not handled as per care instructions.

Care Instructions

Please follow care instructions mentioned on each product tag.

GoSportitude is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or washing.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be done via UPI/Bank Transfer after verification.
