Return & Exchange Policy

At GoSportitude, customer satisfaction and product quality are at the heart of what we do. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following criteria:

  • ✅ The item is defective, damaged, or has a quality issue.

  • ❌ We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind, incorrect sizing (unless exchanged), or personal preferences.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges for apparel if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Tags and packaging are intact.

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

3. Return & Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at support@gosportitude.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return or exchange

    • Images (in case of damage/defect)

  2. Our team will review your request and arrange for a reverse pickup if approved.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll initiate:

    • A replacement (for exchanges), or

    • A refund to your original payment method (for valid returns).

4. Return Shipping

  • 📦 Return pickup is free for eligible returns (defective items or size exchanges).

  • ❌ Return shipping charges will not be refunded if the product was returned for non-defective reasons.

  • For remote areas where pickup isn’t possible, we may request you to self-ship, and we’ll reimburse reasonable courier charges upon valid proof.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used, washed, or damaged items not due to manufacturing defects.

  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, or invoice.

  • Products misused, mishandled, or damaged after delivery.

6. Care Instructions Compliance

All products come with specific care instructions. We are not responsible for any damage due to non-adherence to washing or usage guidelines.

7. Refunds (for Returns Only)

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

If you opted for Cash on Delivery, we will issue a refund via UPI or bank transfer after collecting your account details securely.
